Research Interests: Simulation, Patient Flow, Optimization, Predictive Modeling, Scheduling, Tools for Real-Time Decision Making

Kendall received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in May 2013 and is now pursuing his MS in Operations Research. He is also enrolled in the Gordon Engineering Leadership certificate program. Kendall is currently working with a large outpatient institute to create and implement a new method for exam room allocation (how to evaluate and operationalize pooling of exam rooms) as a part of the CMS center. He has also worked on creating an excel-based improvement toolkit to evaluate emergency department observation units. During his time as an undergraduate, Kendall completed co-ops (6-8 months, full-time) at VA Hospital Boston, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Banner Health. His hobbies include sports, snowboarding, running, and music.
